Please phone Reception on 0117 914 6645 to book an appointment. Reception is available 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm every week day and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings until 8pm.

Follow on consultations are routinely made with the same practitioner. However, for an emergency appointment please be prepared to see a different practitioner if your usual practitioner is not available.

Cancellations

The Clinic has a 24 hour cancellation policy. For the benefit of other patients and to maximise use of practitioner time, if you do not intend to keep an appointment, please give Reception at least 24 hours notice. The full treatment fee is payable for missed appointments and half the treatment fee is payable for late cancellations.

When the Clinic is closed, or the phone is busy, please leave a message on the answering service.

Payments

All treatments are available on a private fee paying basis. Payment is normally required at the end of each treatment session. Yew Tree Clinic will accept payment by cash or cheque only. Receipts are available on request.
The cost of treatment may be covered by your Private Health Insurance. If you intend to claim for treatment received at Yew Tree Clinic, please let us know before your treatment starts. It is your responsibility to ensure that your policy covers the treatment that you will be receiving, and that the practitioner assigned to you for consultation is registered with your Insurance Company.
