I believe the body is naturally good at recalibrating and maintaining itself through daily stresses. Sometimes, however, when there's too much to juggle, aches and pains can start to accumulate. My approach focuses on working with your body to identify areas of tension and restricted movement. Together, we'll combine hands-on treatment with strengthening exercises to support your body's natural ability to function optimally. I find this collaborative approach helps patients better understand their body's patterns and responses.
